My career began in healthcare technology, where precision mattered and guesswork wasn’t an option. From there, I moved into operations, learning how businesses actually function—from margins and cash flow to capacity, sales processes, and team performance.

Over the next 25 years, I led marketing and operations teams, managed millions in ad spend, and helped businesses scale across a wide range of industries. Along the way, I learned a lesson many marketers miss: marketing doesn’t exist in a vacuum. It only works when it’s aligned with the realities of the business behind it.

Too often, businesses struggle because their marketing, sales, operations, and customer experience aren’t working together. I founded Direct Route to solve that problem.

What I’ve learned is that successful marketing isn’t about generating attention—it’s about creating alignment. The strongest businesses are the ones where marketing, sales, operations, and customer experience all work toward the same goal.

Throughout my career, I’ve focused on helping organizations connect those pieces, turning complex challenges into practical strategies that drive measurable results. Whether it’s digital transformation, customer acquisition, emerging technologies, or AI, my goal is always the same: build systems that create long-term growth, not short-term wins.

That experience gave me a unique perspective on what clients need, what agencies can deliver, and how to bridge the gap between the two.

What I’ve learned is that client success isn’t about keeping people happy—it’s about delivering results. The strongest partnerships are built when the strategy is sound, the team is aligned, and clients understand the thinking behind every decision being made.

At Direct Route, my role is to ensure those pieces stay connected. I work across teams and accounts to keep projects moving, surface opportunities, and make sure our clients always have clarity, confidence, and a clear path forward.
